Italians have strong family ties, just ask the Terenzi family. Tiziana Terenzi, the international fragrance brand, combines the ancient knowledge of three generations to craft premier candles and perfumes in an effort to continue a legacy of connoisseurs that started nearly 50 years ago.
Recently, the brand launched Andromeda. This fragrance offers a new journey, one that will take you to the moon and allow you to regain ownership of lost, distant memories. A part of the Luna Collection, which includes four unique perfumes. These scents are inspired by four constellations that can been seen in the starry night sky: Andromeda, Draco, Cassiopea and Ursa.
Each bottle in the Luna Collection features white enamel and 24 karat gold accents, giving its exterior an ultra-luxe look and feel. The intricate cap features a design created by Tiziana herself. Inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci’s Phases of the Moon artwork, the cap lends a beautiful touch to the perfectly crafted, sensual fragrances.
Andromeda is inspired by “La Fiorita,” an event which takes place between the months of May and June in the Sibillini Mountain range. During this time, when the Andromeda constellation is in full view, a rare flower blossom occurs that releases a unique natural smell that is native to that region of Italy.
Andromeda blends top notes of bergomat, cut grass, ylang yland and water jasmine and middle notes of lilium, violet leaves, damask rose, pear nectar, heliotrope and peach. Its base notes tie the fragrance together mixing scents of coconut powder, amber, vanilla, cashmere, ebony, tonka bean and powdered sugar.
Andromeda is available for purchase at Barneys New York and retails for $235.
