More than 350 guests attended HudsonMOD‘s private anniversary event at the Waterside Restaurant in North Bergen, Tuesday, June 25, and all were treated to an elegant cocktail party with the florescent Manhattan skyline as a backdrop.
To commemorate a year of a life well lived, HudsonMOD invited countless celebrities including New York Giants legend Tiki Barber, Prince Lorenzo Borghese from The Bachelor, American Idol‘s Constantine Maroulis, Thom Filicia from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Jacqueline and Chris Laurita, Joey Lauren from Bravo’s Princesses of Long Island, Amy Poliakoff of Bravo’s Gallery Girls, News 12 New Jersey anchor Della Crews, Hotel Impossible‘s Blanche Garcia, Vanessa DeLeon from Design Star and many more were in attendance.
Along with a plethora of stars, the Waterside Restaurant hosted an Ecru New York Beauty Bar, Giorgio Armani makeup station, signature cocktails from Grey Goose and Bacardi, a custom cake from Carlo’s Bakery and a luxury lounge from sponsors including Saks Fifth Avenue, Meadowlands Audi, Benzel Busch, The Grand Del Mar and JR Cigars. Most importantly, while guests were enjoying a spectacular view of the Hudson River, donations were made to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund, reminding everyone that efforts are ongoing to restore the shore.
After the last celebratory bottle was popped and the red carpets were rolled away, there was no mistaking that HudsonMOD delivered an anniversary event worthy of the spirit of New Jersey and the class of Manhattan’s premier luxury magazine. Editor in Chief, Richard Pérez-Feria, spoke to the crowd and reflected on HudsonMOD‘s astounding first year at the same venue where the magazine’s launch party was held—in his voice you could hear pride for the blossoming publication, gratitude and excitement for the future. The spirit of HudsonMOD is bright and its meteoric rise shining, as it prepares to deliver another stellar year in the days to come.
