Guests were greeted on the red carpet at Maritime Parc in Jersey City, NJ last Thursday, June 26, in honor of HudsonMOD Magazine‘s 2nd anniversary celebration. This private affair, by invitation only, was for HudsonMOD’s clients, all of whom are affiliated with the top local and national luxury brands. The night radiated luxury, starting with the lineup of Benzel Busch Motor Car Corporation and Audi Meadowland’s luxury cars parked outside the entrance for guests to admire and ending with the scotch and cigar bar on the upper patio, overlooking the glistening New York City skyline at sunset. As guests traveled up the staircase, they were welcomed by host Diem Brown at the step and repeat.
Returning sponsors of the event included Chanel, Saks Fifth Avenue, Grey Goose, Bacardi, Ecru New York, Audi Meadowlands, and Benzel Busch Motor Car Corporation as well as new sponsors joining HudsonMOD for the first time: Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, K. Hovnanian, and Clive Christian. This year’s hand-selected, elite host committee included David Cote, Maria Cucciniello-Falzo, Eric Dahler, Daya Fernandez, and Scott Waldman.
Guests visited Chanel’s makeup touch-up station, Ecru’s New York braid bar, and a photo booth station (provided by NJ Photo Party) where guests’ photos were mounted on a HudsonMOD-inspired cover. Guests enjoyed Monte Cristo cigars from JR Cigars and signature cocktails by Dewar’s 18, Grey Goose, Bacardi and Bombay Sapphire East at satellite bars stationed around the room. Shannon Steitz, President & Publisher, Jason Lembo, CEO, and Ty Sawyer, Editor-in-Chief, addressed the crowd and spoke of HudsonMOD’s growth over the past year following the showing of a custom video of Million Dollar Listing NY’s Ryan Serhant, who thanked HudsonMOD for featuring him on the June/July issue cover.
When guests wanted to soak in a life well lived, they relaxed on Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams’ furniture in the two lounge areas while listening to a mix of contemporary music by Legendary Entertainment and enjoying exquisite hors d’oeuvres and desserts catered by Maritime Parc. After a night of dancing and socializing, guests left with a must-have luxury swag bag, and, of course, the latest issue of HudsonMOD.
Another opulent HudsonMOD event may have ended, but who knows what the next year will bring for New Jersey’s premier luxury magazine. Stay tuned; it will certainly be ambitious.
