When you think of tennis legends, a few names come to mind, including star pro Roger Federer, who is widely known for his record-breaking men’s singles Grand Slam title wins. To celebrate his matchless achievements on and off the court, Federer — who is also a brand ambassador — has teamed with Moët & Chandon to launch an extremely limited-edition bottle: Greatness Since 1998.
Not only does the bottle celebrate Federer’s esteemed accomplishments, but sales from the bottle will also benefit the Roger Federer Foundation, an organization which helps promote education in communities.
“Moët & Chandon is honored to celebrate Roger Federer on this extraordinary 20-year milestone by donating 100 percent of the profits from the sale of ‘Greatness Since 1998’ to the Roger Federer Foundation,” says Stéphanie Baschiera, President and CEO of Moët & Chandon.
The “Greatness Since 1998” edition is limited to 20 bottles, making them extremely rare. Each bottle will be individually numbered to solidify its uniqueness. The exterior of the bottle features a black coloring and leather wrap that has Roger Federer’s signature on it. A vintage blend from 1998 lies inside, which is the brand’s 65th vintage release.
“This year, we at the Roger Federer Foundation are aiming to touch the lives of one million children through education,” says Roger Federer. “I am thankful for this generous donation by Moët & Chandon, which goes a long way in helping us meet that ambitious goal.”
