Crystal Springs Resort invites you and your family to commemorate Easter and embrace a season of sun and clear skies at the Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Resort and Spa.
Executive Chef Anthony Bucco and Chef Martyna Krowicka will kick off Sunday morning at Restaurant Latour with a delicious and unique twist on traditional breakfast favorites. The menu features scrambled eggs with oyster, caviar and chili butter along with another distinctive classic, chicken and waffles replacing chicken with quail cooked to perfection accompanied by smoked maple syrup.
Attendees have the option of purchasing two or three courses. Each meal comes with freshly baked bread and an assortment of butter and fruit preserves. The resort will also offer four other brunch options at different locations. The popular Easter buffet in the Diamond Ballroom features a build-your-own-pasta station and a special menu for children and kids under three years old are free!
After enjoying a delicious afternoon meal, brunch attendees and hotel guests are encouraged to visit with the Easter bunny and participate in none other than the resorts annual Easter egg hunt.
You’ll also have a chance to win an entire basket of chocolates and an overnight stay if you can find the golden egg hidden among the rest. Each hunt has one, but who will the lucky winners be?
Winding down after an eventful weekend full of food and fun doesn’t have to end after searching high and low for a golden egg. Both hotels will have old fashioned marshmallow roasting with another fun play on Easter. Guests can roast the popular spring dessert, Peeps to bring the festivities to a close.
