Dubai has always been known for their extravagant presence. Think enormous buildings, opulent hotels and Rolls-Royce taxis. Since I could remember, Dubai has been on the up and up, and not one person who has traveled there has come back with bad words to say about the destination hotspot.
Perhaps the best part about traveling to Dubai is the mix of scenery you are provided with. From city life to outstretch of desert, Dubai has it all. But, the very best view Dubai provides visitors is the crystal clear water, and the city is finally taking advantage of it. Dubai has unveiled yet another luxurious amenity soon to be made available to travelers: The Floating Seahorse. And yes, it will surpass all of your expectations.
Launched earlier this year by the Kleindienst Group—a real estate and property developer firm—The Floating Seahorse project made its Dubai debut at the Dubai International Boat Show. Taking full advantage of what Dubai has to offer travelers, The Floating Seahorse will showcase Dubai in a light that has never been seen before.
“The Floating Seahorse is a totally unique concept, which has been intelligently designed, engineered and developed in Dubai,” says a press release put out by the Kleindienst Group. “The Floating Seahorse is essentially a boat, not a villa.”
The Floating Seahorse project is tied to the Kleindienst Group’s Heart of Europe project that is an “exclusive island resort located 4km off the coast of Dubai, which is set to become one of the most prestigious and talked about holiday destinations in the world,” says their website. The six manmade islands will provide exceptional amenities to guests including storefronts, luxury eateries and even climate-controlled areas.
As one of the six islands, the Floating Seahorse project will offer guests three levels of premium amenities, each better than the next. The upper deck will showcase views of the stunning skyline as well as a glass-bottom Jacuzzi; the sea level deck will serve as the guests’ living area equipped with a full kitchen as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that will offer exceptional views in a relaxed setting; the bottom level doubles as a bedroom and a window into Dubai’s underwater sea life. Guests will be able to fall asleep to the serene views of the surrounding coral reef and Dubai’s favorite specimen: the seahorse.
The Floating Seahorse’s unique concept has been an interest now for many premier destinations including the Maldives, Seychelles and the Caribbean.
“Many months of research, design and planning have gone into the Floating Seahorse and we are excited to be able to officially launch and build it in Dubai,” says Josef Kleindienst, CEO of Kleindienst Group. “We are confident that it will set a new benchmark in the luxury lifestyle market worldwide for outstanding innovation, contemporary design and underwater living.”
The real estate group plans to have the Floating Seahorse completed by the end of the year. For more information, please visit: http://www.thoe.com/
