The HudsonMOD team proudly announces yet another successful member joining our luxury lifestyle family: George Brescia. George has worked with numerous heavy hitters in the fashion industry over the past 25 years of his career such as Donna Karan, Bergdorf Goodman, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and more. As of 2015, he can now add ‘Fashion Editor of HudsonMOD’ to his extensive (and fashionable) resume.
Throughout his career, George has done a remarkable amount of work in the fashion world as a celebrity stylist, image consultant, columnist, author, TV personality, red carpet analyst and more. He has no intentions on slowing down anytime soon. With George’s experience, his wide-ranging knowledge of the fashion industry and vibrant personality, he will undoubtedly bring the expertise needed to provide our readers with the latest updates and trending styles in fashion today.
“I am thrilled to be joining HudsonMOD magazine’s team as Fashion Editor. HudsonMOD delivers the best in world travel, cuisine, leisure and fashion, so I am excited to bring my favorite glamorous, timeless fashion and style picks to readers in the northern New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area,” he says.
George has been featured on a handful of television shows to share his fashion techniques including NBC’s the TODAY show, CBS, ABC, Fox 5 and NY 1 to discuss the red carpet styles at the Tony Awards each year. Besides his appearances, George hosts his own online reality series called Dress Up! With George B Style, which gives viewers an inside look at the stars’ styles while on Broadway. The web series currently airs on Stage17.TV and is already into its second season. The first season can be viewed on the website and features a handful of notable actors including Kate Baldwin, Jefferson Mays and Shuler Hensley.
In August 2014, Simon & Schuster released George’s book Change Your Clothes, Change Your Life: Because You Can’t Go Naked. The book serves as much “more than a style guide.” As a celebrity stylist and image consultant, George wanted to share his vast knowledge of fashion to his fans. Throughout his book, he shares advice and guidelines on how transforming your look will lead you to live a more positive lifestyle.
George will continue adding to his resume this Monday night, January 12, as he takes his effervescent personality to television yet again. He will appear on NBC’s New York Live! at 12:30 p.m. (EST) as well as at 5:30 p.m. (EST) on Fox 5. He will be discussing the fashion trends that celebrities followed at the Golden Globes, which will be held on Sunday, January 11.
