YSL is helping you unleash your inner child with their new roller skate pumps. As if walking with heels on weren’t hard enough already, imagine trying to wheel around town with these hybrid skate-stilettos. The eccentric Anya 100 Patch Pump Rollers feature a three-inch heel mounted on top of traditional roller skates.
They are available in a variety of designs, all perfect for your next “black tie roller derby,” in snakeskin, crystal on black satin, black snakeskin topped by red patent leather, colorful feathers on snakeskin, and patchwork pop art prints.
As early as 2013, the brand had played with wheeled shoes with a whimsical pair of couture roller skates, heeled boots, and a high top sneaker roller skates. However, this release under the helm of new Yves Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello for their fall collection is their first venture into this particular iteration of their sartorial experiment.
They are available only at YSL stores and retail for $2368.
